Mini-splits (wood chunks for smoking) are an ideal size to use on your charcoal fired BBQ, Grill or Smoker. Available in American White Oak, American Hickory and local fruitwoods and hardwoods.

Description

Mini-splits are a type of smoking wood chunk unique to Aromawood. Cut in a long, triangular shape these smoking wood chunks ignite easily and burn slow and steady. Drop a few pieces on top of your charcoal fire for awesome flavour.

Mini-splits are currently available in the following wood types:

  • Imported American Hickory
  • Imported American White Oak
  • Pistachio
  • Apricot
  • Nectarine
  • Plum

All smoking wood chunks are naturally seasoned – not kiln dried.

Hickory and White Oak logs are imported by Aromawood direct from the USA and we process to size on site in South Australia.  All other wood varieties are sourced by Aromawood across South Australia.

Mini-splits are packed in a 1kg hinged lid cardboard box.

Flat rate delivery $5.50 to most locations in Australia (surcharge applies for remote areas).

    Absolutely love these ‘splits’. So much better than the chunks like Western and others brands of chunks usually bought at bbq shops. These are real wood splits and are more evenly sized than chunks. Also, the flavour they impart is SOOOO far superior to the chunks.
